Do we ship worldwide?
Yes! Our online store is open for everyone.
For international orders, you can choose between the Express and Standard Tracked shipping options.
Express international orders are sent using DHL, while Standard Tracked orders are sent using the best option based on the country of destination. You will be sent a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
If you choose the Standard Tracked shipping option, please be advised that your order may take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered, counting from the date that it is dispatched. Additionally, the tracking link provided won’t be continuously updated; please allow up to 5 business days between each status update. Please also ensure that all duties and taxes that are relevant to your shipping destination are paid on time to avoid your order being held at customs.

Do we accept return?
We do not accept returns and will not provide any refunds unless the order dispatched to you is the wrong size or pattern. Please contact us immediately at info@nutkinstory.com if we have made a mistake with your order. In case you need to make a return, Nutkin Story will offer the option of exchanging your product with another of the same price.
