Placing order 
When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received and accepted. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The delivery charge of your chosen option will be added to your order value. Once orders have been placed, they cannot be cancelled.

Delivery
All orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours – subject to payment and stock availability. Bespoke items will be dispatched within 7 to 14 working days and we will notify you when your order has been shipped. Items purchased over the weekends will be sent out the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Each order is assigned a tracking number to track your order. If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside of Thailand, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.

Product Description
All of our products are hand embroidered, so every piece is unique. The specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used.

Pricing & payment
Prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars inclusive of VAT.  Prices do not include postage or packaging, this will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section at check out. Payments can be made using Paypal, bank transfer (Thailand only), and credit card.

Exchange & Return policy
We do not accept returns and will not provide any refunds unless the order dispatched to you is the wrong size or pattern. Please contact us immediately at info@nutkinstory.com if we have made a mistake with your order. In case you need to make a return, Nutkin Story will offer the option of exchanging your product with another of the same price.

Privacy policy
At Nutkin Story, we take your privacy very seriously and will never pass on your details to an external third party. We also have a strict zero spam policy. It is important that you read and understand the privacy policy as it will explain what personal information we collect from you and why we do this. While Nutkin Story takes reasonable steps to ensure a reliable service, we do not guarantee that your use of this Website will be uninterrupted and/or error free.
